Pot Lid & Base - large size - 'The Australian Homœopathic Ointment, Prepared only by Dr Fawcett near the Wanstead PO, Tempe, Sydney, Late H.M.D. to the Hill End Hospital' - spectacular multicoloured pictorial featuring a woman protecting her baby from the burning flames. Some minor glaze discolouration to side of flange, but a spectacular example. Base has some nibbles to rim - regarded as one of the best pictorial pot lids in the world & Australia's only pot lid made by the 'Pratt' company. Possibly the best example known - 10.5cm diameter
